This place has a great pool area with a fantastic sunset view. The unit I stayed in had a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean, making for a relaxing stay.
The staff was disappointing and unprofessional, keeping half of my deposit due to unclear accusations about towels. The experience left me feeling uneasy rather than welcomed.

The pool was the only bright spot
We stayed for one night and honestly, it wasn’t great. The pool was nice, but everything else felt off. The staff seemed clueless about basic hospitality. Room was small and cramped. The dining options were a letdown. we just grabbed snacks. Save your money and look elsewhere if you can.

i had a comfortable stay in a deluxe studio at tramonto resort. the room had all the amenities like a stove, fridge, and microwave, which made it feel like a home. the location is perfect, right at the beach, allowing for easy access to the sun and surf. the housekeeping service was exceptional and kept everything tidy during my 6-night visit.

great spot for beach access and local dining options
the friendly staff made my stay memorable, and being just a few steps away from delicious local dining options and a short walk to the beautiful Bosque de la Ciudad made it easy to explore and enjoy the area.

The Presidential Suite was fantastic with amazing amenities like a stove and fridge, making it feel like a cozy home away from home. I loved soaking up the sun by the beachfront and enjoying the calm atmosphere with inviting beach umbrellas everywhere. One minor issue was the sliding door that didn’t lock properly, but overall, it didn’t ruin my stay. 😊

Nice beach access and great outdoor pool, but minor issues with the flat-screen TV.

Tramonto Resort's dining scene had me drooling—La Cocina de Ana serves up killer tacos, and Crazy Loko's nachos are a must-try. I’ll also rave about the beach access. nothing beats sunset views from the pool! The location's a total winner for foodies.
But let's keep it real. don’t fall for the glam photos. The jacuzzi's been out of commission for over a year? That's just shady!

The balcony offered an amazing sea view, which was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the service left much to be desired. there were issues during check-in and the management was unprofessional. Also, they attempted to charge us for a towel that was left in pristine condition. The only redeeming aspect was the pool, which was enjoyable. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Charming Stay with a Few Downsides
I loved the beautiful sea view from our junior suite, but managing without a nightstand was challenging. The unheated pool was refreshing, yet I longed for coffee options. Future guests should consider bringing their own coffee maker for the mornings!
